Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, MasterCard and DC cards are accepted.

A confirmation email with your registration number will be sent after you successfully complete the registration process. Please keep the registration number until the conference and mention it when you make inquiries to the Conference Secretariat. At least one author must register and complete the payment transaction for the conference by Friday, September 18, 2015, in order for your paper to be included in the conference program.

Registration Type

Participants may choose to register as an "Advanced Researcher" in order to support participation of students from any institution who need financial assistance. Part of registration fee for advanced researcher will be used to support student participation.

Conference Dinner

Conference Dinner Ticket: JPY 6,000

Conference Dinner will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2015. To participate, please purchase a ticket from the on-line registration form. One additional ticket for your accompanying person can be purchased from the registration form. Please note that the ticket can be bought only by advance on-line registration and is not available for purchase if you make registration on site.

Registration for AIT Open Source Software for QKD Post Processing Workshop

"AIT Open Source Software for QKD Post Processing Workshop" is hosted by Austrian Institute of Technology, and will be held concurrently with QCrypt2015 in the morning of September 29, 2015, at Room 203 of Hitotsubashi Hall, the same venue building as QCrypt2015. The registration fee for the Workshop is JPY 7,000.

Registration for Lab Tour and Short Excursion

Participation fee: JPY 1,000

"Lab Tour and Short Excursion" will be held on September 30 (Wed) afternoon, visiting 5 labs in NICT and Edo-Tokyo open-air Architectural Museum. To register for the tour and excursion, click the "Register for Lab Tour and Short Excursion" checkbox on the form. Registration will be accepted on a first- come, first-served basis via on-line registration.

Due to the time constraint, the tour will start right after the morning session and the lunch needs to be taken during your ride on the bus. Please kindly note that we will stop accepting registrations to Lab Tour and Short Excursion once the number of registrants exceeds the maximum number of seats available.

Issuance of Receipts

A receipt in pdf format will be attached and sent to you with the confirmation email. If you need a hard copy of the receipt and/or the invoice via regular mail, please contact the Conference Secretariat by email or fax.

Visa Information

The committee will prepare visa supporting documents for those who register and complete payment transactions. Please be advised that the committee will neither act as a guarantor nor issue any documents to guarantee your identity. To confirm if you need a visa for entry into Japan, please visit Japanese MOFA’s homepage. Please contact the embassy of your country by yourself to confirm how long it will take to acquire your visa and apply for your visa well in advance. For inquires and requests regarding visa supporting documents, please contact the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing (by email or fax) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted until Monday, August 31, 2015 (17:00 JST). When making a reimbursement, the Conference Secretariat will retain JPY 3,000 from prepaid registration fee as a processing fee. After Monday, August 31, 2015 (17:00 JST), no refunds will be made for any reasons.

Please be advised no cancellation will be accepted under any conditions for those whom the Conference Secretariat had issued visa supporting documents. This is applied even if the cancellation is made before the deadline date of Monday, August 31, 2015.
